Are the products natural?

Yes, Mikash Skincare is 100% natural and plant based.

How do I know which product is suitable for my skin type?

Each product has information on the product description page, we try to add as much information as possible on each product to further help with making your decision easy upon purchase. So we encourage visitors to carefully read before purchasing. 

I really want to try Mikash skincare however, I don't know where to start?

This is a question we receive almost daily. We at Mikash skincare like to keep skincare at a minimal and have products available for all skin types and ages. We always encourage customers to read the skincare information on the product description carefully as we have all the relevant information there for you to choose which product is suitable for you. 

I'm new to skincare and I am un-sure how to use these products?

Check out our skin care step-by-step guide to help you assistantships on how to correctly apply skincare and in which order. 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

We do not accept returns once your parcel has been delivered to you due to health & safety reasons. 

if your parcel has come damaged please contact us only via email 

Refunds - If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal. 

If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
